 iAS have been commissioned by Corinthia Group of Companies to represent Palm City in the handing over process. Palm City, in Janzour, Libya, is a modern residential complex currently being constructed and finished by Corinthia Group of companies on the outskirts of Tripoli. The complex will include over 400 residential units ranging from apartments to terrace houses to villas. All units will be serviced with a number of facilities such as sport facilities, commercial outlets, restaurants, clinics etc which will make the project self sufficient. iAS will be responsible to take over the properties from the main contractor on behalf of Palm City, the operating arm, and ensure that all works are fully functional and to expected standards.
