Adrian Mifsud appointed director Print E-mail

In light of the expanding portfolio of iAS, a firm of architects and structural engineers, Adrian Mifsud has recently been appointed as a new director to the board of directors.

Adrian is an established member of the iAS team, where he has been a key contributor to many high profile projects including the Lufthansa Technik Facilities in Luqa and the Wasteserv Recreational Park in Marsascala. He is also a qualified geotechnical engineer, obtaining his Masters degree from Imperial College, London in 2006. iAS believe that the integration of his specialised geotechnical knowledge with the established structural engineering competence of the firm will provide a unique platform for future challenges within a construction industry with ever increasing complexities.

iAS has witnessed recent growth in its staff and recognises that the basis of quality service to their clients is investment in the technical competence of its team and the style which the firm uses to manage its projects. Therefore, the appointment of a new member to the iAS board of directors is viewed as a means to further mould iAS as a leading professional firm, whilst assisting in developing the company ethos and future goals through the injection of innovative and progressive initiatives.

The existing members of the board, Peter Zammit and Stephen Grech, commented that the move is seen as an important step towards enhancing the board’s corporate activities involving setting renewed strategy, direction, policies and corporate culture that adds value to its people and clients.
